InkBoard is a local-first whiteboard and note-taking app. It is provided free of charge for informational and creative purposes.
2. Your Content
The notes, drawings, and documents you create are yours. They are stored locally on your device; we do not host or back them up. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of content that matters to you.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service has no account system.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, and not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The InkBoard app, including its software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by SignalRender Inc. and its licensors. Your content remains yours. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalRender Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of content or data.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by other reasonable means.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
