What is Fangxin OT?
Fangxin OT is a work-hours, overtime, and wage tracking app for blue-collar and gig workers. You log your shifts and overtime, it calculates your estimated pay across five schemes (overtime, hourly, comprehensive-hours, site day-work, and piecework), and it keeps a stamped, tamper-evident ledger of your hours. When a payslip doesn't add up, it helps you compare and generate an evidence report. There is no account required.
Is it private? Where is my data stored?
Yes — it is local-first with no account system. Your shifts, wages, ledgers, and stamps live only on your device, and are synced only through your own iCloud if you turn that on. We never receive or store your records. Camera, photos, and location are used only for the evidence features, with your permission, and stay on your device. There are no ads and no cross-app tracking.
How does the overtime pay calculation work?
You pick your pay scheme and enter your base salary or rate. Fangxin then computes each day's overtime using the right multiplier — weekday ×1.5, weekend ×2, statutory holiday ×3 — auto-detecting the day type from a built-in holiday calendar. Every wage is broken out item by item, and the "which hourly basis" dispute (21.75 days / 174 hours vs the statutory 166.64) is spelled out so you can choose. The figures are estimates to help you keep records, not a legal determination.
What is the "stamp" and the evidence report?
Every day you log is sealed with a cinnabar stamp that carries a trusted timestamp; any later edit leaves a change trail that keeps the original value. From that tamper-evident ledger you can generate an arbitration-ready overtime evidence report — because in a wage dispute what counts is a ledger that can't be quietly altered, not a screenshot.
