JobProof Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-29 · Effective: 2026-07-29

These Terms govern your use of JobProof (the "App"), developed by SignalRender Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using JobProof, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

JobProof helps contractors and field teams capture required job photos, create versioned PDF reports, record customer acknowledgement, and preserve local integrity hashes and delivery history.

You must be at least 13 years old to use JobProof. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the App only with that consent.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Having permission to enter a site, photograph people or property, and collect customer information or signatures.
  • Reviewing photos, annotations, report content, recipient details, and acknowledgements before sharing them.
  • Complying with privacy, surveillance, employment, consumer, construction, and record-retention laws that apply to your work.
  • Keeping exported backups of records you need. Uninstalling the App may remove local data.

You must not use JobProof to misrepresent work, fabricate records, harass or surveil others unlawfully, or infringe third-party rights.

3. Integrity and Acknowledgement Limits

SHA-256 hashes can help detect whether specific digital content has changed. They do not prove that depicted work occurred, identify who created an image, or independently establish when or where an event happened.

A customer name, checkbox, or handwritten stroke recorded in JobProof is a workflow acknowledgement tied to a report version. It is not represented as a qualified electronic signature, notarization, identity verification, or guarantee of legal admissibility. Evidentiary and signature rules vary by jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Report delivery for the first three unique jobs is available without purchase. Updates and resends for a previously delivered job do not consume another included job. JobProof Pro is offered only as auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions. JobProof does not offer a free trial or lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple processes purchases and refunds. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Uninstalling JobProof does not cancel an active subscription.

5. License and Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use JobProof on Apple devices you own or control. You may not resell the App, remove proprietary notices, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits.

JobProof, its software, interface, and brand assets belong to SignalRender Inc. or our licensors. You retain responsibility for and any rights you hold in the job content you create.

6. Service Availability and Disclaimer

JobProof is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that a report or acknowledgement will satisfy a customer, insurer, regulator, or court.

We may modify or discontinue features. You are responsible for exporting records needed for business continuity or retention obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalRender Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business, data, or records arising from use of JobProof.

8. Apple's Standard EULA

Your use of JobProof is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
