Linea Terms of Service

1. About Linea

Linea ("Linea", "the App") is a pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early-childhood organization tool developed by SignalRender Inc. ("we", "us"). It provides a stage-aware timeline, planning tools, logs, reminders, and informational content for parents and caregivers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App.

By installing or using Linea, you agree to these Terms.

2. Not Medical Advice

Linea is an information and record-keeping tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. Timelines, calculations, reminders, self-assessments, and other content are general information and may not reflect your circumstances, local clinical guidance, or your clinician's advice. They do not diagnose, monitor, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Do not use Linea to decide whether to seek care or to delay professional care. Kick, contraction, recovery, mood, and other entries may be incomplete or inaccurate. If you have a health concern or possible emergency involving you or a child, contact a qualified healthcare professional or local emergency service immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use Linea. The App is intended to be operated by an adult parent or caregiver and not independently by a child.

4. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Linea on Apple devices you own or control for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell the App, interfere with its operation, remove proprietary notices, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.

5. Your Records and Responsibilities

You retain responsibility for information and photos you enter. You must have the right to add any photo or information about another person. You are responsible for checking dates, measurements, reminders, and other entries before relying on them, maintaining an appropriate backup, and protecting access to your device.

6. Paid Features

Linea may offer paid features through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices and available plans are shown before purchase. Apple processes payments and handles refunds under its policies. If an auto-renewing subscription is offered, it renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you can manage it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Uninstalling the App does not cancel an active subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

Linea's software, visual design, original illustrations, and original editorial content belong to SignalRender Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Your own records and photos remain yours. These Terms do not grant us ownership of them.

8. Availability and Changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every feature, reminder, or item of content will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. You should not rely on Linea as the sole copy of important family or health information.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Linea is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalRender Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the App, loss of local data, missed reminders, or reliance on informational content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Termination

You may stop using Linea at any time. We may restrict access if you materially violate these Terms or use the App unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations, remain effective.
