1. About the Service
ReelCraft ("ReelCraft", "the App") is an iOS video editing application developed by SignalRender Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). ReelCraft lets you import footage and photos, edit on a multi-track timeline, apply templates, effects, text, and music, and export finished videos. At Pro tier it unlocks high-resolution export, watermark-free export, premium templates and effects, and removes free-tier export limits. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReelCraft.
By installing or using ReelCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ReelCraft. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use ReelCraft with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. License to Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ReelCraft on Apple devices you own or control. You may not:
- Distribute, sell, resell, rent, sublicense, or commercialize ReelCraft or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Use ReelCraft to violate any law or third-party right.
4. Acceptable Use and Your Content
The footage, photos, audio, and videos you import, edit, or export ("Your Content") remain yours. You are solely responsible for Your Content, including ensuring you hold the necessary rights to it and that it does not infringe any third-party right (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights) or contain unlawful material. You must not use ReelCraft to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or harmful.
ReelCraft processes Your Content on your device. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not upload it to our servers.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
ReelCraft offers a free tier and Pro plans. Pro is available as:
- Monthly subscription (auto-renewing)
- Annual subscription (auto-renewing)
All purchases are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase and are governed by your Apple ID, the Apple Media Services Terms, and the App Store's price and currency at the time of purchase.
Auto-renewal disclosure: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Uninstalling ReelCraft does not cancel an active subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy; we do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds independently.
6. Intellectual Property
The ReelCraft name, logo, templates, preset effects, UI design, source code, and all related materials are the property of SignalRender Inc. or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our trademarks, brand assets, or proprietary code beyond the limited license in section 3. Videos you create with ReelCraft are yours to use, including commercially, subject to the rights in the source material you provide.
7. Service Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to keep ReelCraft functional and to address bugs, but we do not guarantee that ReelCraft will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ReelCraft is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SignalRender Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, ReelCraft — regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using ReelCraft at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to ReelCraft if you materially breach these Terms or use ReelCraft in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
11. Apple's Standard EULA
To the extent applicable, your use of ReelCraft is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at:

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple's standard EULA, these Terms control to the extent permitted, except where Apple's terms are required by Apple to govern.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use of ReelCraft after the effective date of an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ReelCraft shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation; failing that, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by your local mandatory consumer-protection law.
