Our Promise
Fangxin OT is built to keep your work records yours. There is no account to create, we do not sell your data, and we do not run ads or broker loans. This policy explains what the App handles and how.
1. Your Work Records
The shifts, overtime, wages, ledgers, and stamps you create are stored locally on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, they are synced through your own Apple iCloud account — we never receive or store them on our servers.
2. Camera, Photos & Location
These are used only for the evidence features and only with your permission:
- Camera / Photos — to photograph or select a payslip for comparison, or to take a watermarked attendance photo. Images stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
- Location — when you take a watermarked attendance photo, your current location can be embedded as supporting context. Location is not tracked in the background and is not collected at any other time.
You can decline or revoke any of these permissions in iOS Settings; the core recording and calculation features still work.
3. Analytics
We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage events (for example, that a screen was viewed or a feature was used) to improve the App. These events do not include your work records, wages, photos, or location, and are not linked to your identity.
4. No Ads, No Loans, No Tracking
We do not display third-party advertising, do not offer or broker credit, and do not use cross-app tracking identifiers for advertising.
5. Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We receive only the transaction status needed to unlock Fangxin Pro; we do not receive your payment card details.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Because your records live on your device (and your iCloud), deleting the App — or clearing its data — removes them. Records synced via iCloud follow your iCloud settings.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "lastUpdated" date.
