Fangxin OT Terms of Service

1. About the Service

Fangxin OT ("Fangxin", "the App") is an iOS work-hours, overtime, and wage tracking app developed by SignalRender Inc. ("we", "us"). The App lets you log your shifts and overtime, calculates your estimated pay across several pay schemes (overtime, hourly, comprehensive-hours, site day-work, and piecework), keeps a stamped, tamper-evident ledger of your hours, and helps you compare a payslip against your own records. The Fangxin Pro tier unlocks the arbitration evidence report, payslip auto-comparison, multiple ledgers and collaboration, and advanced statistics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App.

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Not Legal, Financial, or Employment Advice

The App is a record-keeping and calculation tool. Pay figures it shows are estimates based on the settings and records you enter; they are not a determination of what you are legally owed. Reports the App generates are derived from your own records and are intended to help you keep and present those records — they are not legal advice, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome in a wage dispute, arbitration, inspection, or negotiation. For advice on your rights, consult a qualified professional or the relevant labour authority.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum working age in your jurisdiction, to use the App.

4. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the App or the reports it generates.

5. Your Records

Your work records belong to you. They are stored on your device (and, if you enable it, synced through your own iCloud account). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Editing a stamped record leaves a change trail that preserves the original value; you must not use the App to fabricate records.

6. Subscriptions

Fangxin Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription and/or a one-time lifetime purchase through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. The free tier remains fully usable for recording, calculating, and syncing.

7. No Loans, No Ads

The App does not offer, broker, or advertise loans or credit, and does not display third-party advertising. We will not condition core features on such offers.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the App's estimates or reports. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
