1. The Service
Tinta is an on-device photo color-card tool: it extracts colors from your photos and frames them into collectible, shareable color cards. All processing happens locally on your device.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use Tinta on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
3. Your Content
The photos you import and the works you create from them belong to you. Tinta claims no rights over your content and never accesses or uploads it.
4. Subscription Terms
- Tinta Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly / yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless turned off beforehand.
- Payment, renewal, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription, where applicable.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use Tinta for any unlawful purpose, or upload content you do not have the lawful right to use.
6. Intellectual Property
The Tinta app, its design, trademarks, and code belong to the developer. Bundled open-source fonts and the offline place-name database are each governed by their own licenses (see "About · Credits" in the app).
7. Disclaimer
Tinta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's principal place of business, without excluding mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local law.
