1. About the Service
WaveCraft ("WaveCraft", "the App") is an iOS multi-track audio editing app developed by SignalRender Inc. ("we", "us"). WaveCraft lets you record, import audio, extract audio tracks from video, edit and mix on a multi-track timeline, apply audio effects and on-device AI (vocal separation, denoise, and more), master, and export in multiple formats. The Pro tier unlocks all audio effects, unlimited AI processing, lossless WAV/FLAC export, professional mastering presets, and removes ads. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WaveCraft.
By installing or using WaveCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use WaveCraft. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
3. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use WaveCraft on Apple devices you own or control. You may not:
- distribute, sell, resell, rent, sublicense, or commercialize WaveCraft or any part of it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code (except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law);
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- use WaveCraft to violate any law or third-party right.
4. Acceptable Use & Your Content
The audio and video you record, import, edit, or export ("Your Content") belongs to you. You are solely responsible for Your Content, including ensuring you hold the necessary rights and that it does not infringe any third-party right (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights) or contain unlawful content. You may not use WaveCraft to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful content.
WaveCraft processes Your Content on your device. We claim no ownership of Your Content and do not upload it to our servers.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
WaveCraft offers a free tier and a Pro tier. Pro is available as:
- Monthly subscription (auto-renewing)
- Yearly subscription (auto-renewing)
- Lifetime (one-time purchase)
All purchases are handled by Apple via In-App Purchase and are subject to your Apple ID, the Apple Media Services Terms, and the price and currency shown on the App Store at the time of purchase.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Uninstalling WaveCraft does not cancel an active subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy; we do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds independently.
6. Intellectual Property
The WaveCraft name, logo, effect presets, mastering presets, UI design, source code, and all related materials are the property of SignalRender Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks, brand assets, or proprietary code beyond the limited license in Section 3. Audio you create with WaveCraft is yours and may be used commercially, subject to the rights in the source material you provide.
7. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep WaveCraft available and to fix defects, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
8. Disclaimer
WaveCraft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SignalRender Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use WaveCraft — under any legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using WaveCraft at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that harms others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
11. Apple Standard EULA
To the extent applicable, your use of WaveCraft is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted, unless Apple requires its terms to apply.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice. Continued use of WaveCraft after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of WaveCraft shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, in the courts of Singapore, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.
