Where does HRV data come from? Is it uploaded?
HRV comes from Apple HealthKit. Cozy reads it read-only — never writes, never uploads. All analysis happens locally on your device.
What's included in Premium?
Premium unlocks HRV stress trends, in-depth weekly reports and premium pet looks. Monthly, yearly and one-time plans are available via App Store in-app purchase, cancellable anytime in Apple ID settings.
How is my privacy protected?
Mood entries, notes and pet state stay on your device by default (SwiftData/SQLite). No account needed, no personal data uploaded. Anonymous usage stats can be turned off in settings.
Can data sync across devices?
You can optionally enable iCloud sync — data syncs encrypted through your own iCloud container, and Cozy's servers never touch your records. Without it, everything stays local.
