Family Records That Are Not Designed to Be Sold | Linea

- What does Linea cover?
- Planning, pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery and early childhood through age three, on one continuous timeline.
The short answer
Linea keeps private records on device first, and the product is not designed around selling or sharing family data.
Both halves of that sentence are the product position rather than a settings toggle, and the second one is the unusual one to see stated.
What a family timeline accumulates
A timeline from planning to age three accumulates the kind of record that is sensitive by accumulation rather than in any single entry: appointments, measurements, notes about recovery, photos of a child. Each piece is ordinary. The collection is not.
That is why "not designed around selling or sharing family data" is worth stating as a design premise. An app can hold data locally while still having a business model that depends on it leaving.
Two subjects, both visible
It follows postpartum recovery and baby care together, so both important stories remain visible in one place — kept separate rather than merged into a single stream of the baby.
The span
