1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Wick (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wick on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
3. In-App Purchases
Wick is free to use. Wick Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase — not a subscription. It unlocks additional features such as deep-guard mode, candle skins, ambient sounds, and extra themes. All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID; billing, refunds, and receipts are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms. A one-time purchase does not auto-renew and has nothing to cancel. You can restore your purchase on a new device using the "Restore" option on the Pro screen.
4. The App-Guard Feature
Wick's optional Shield uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework to reduce access to distracting apps during a focus session, at your direction. It is a self-directed focus aid, not a security or parental-control product. You are responsible for the apps you choose to guard and for keeping essential apps accessible. Wick is not liable for anything you miss while a guard is active.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Wick only for lawful, personal purposes. You will not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use.
6. No Professional Advice
Wick is a productivity tool for personal focus. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a treatment for any condition.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the app-guard will block every distraction in every circumstance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalRender Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or productivity, arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
