These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the YoloShell mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). YoloShell is developed by SignalRender Inc. ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
YoloShell is an SSH/Mosh terminal client for connecting to servers you own or control. The Service is provided for utility and convenience purposes only.
2. Your Servers & Credentials
You are solely responsible for the servers you connect to, the credentials you use, host authenticity, and any data you transfer. YoloShell connects to hosts as you direct and does not independently verify host identity. You must connect only to systems you own or are authorized to access.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service has no account system.
4. Subscription & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription (monthly or yearly). The yearly plan offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings; refunds are handled by Apple per the App Store refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, not to access systems you are not authorized to access, and not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by SignalRender Inc. and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any subscription.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalRender Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including damages arising from connection issues or loss of data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
